Payment is by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) and bank transfer. We do not accept cheques.
NB! All transaction costs should be paid by the payer.
Conference organisers expect to receive the registration fee
(at least proof of payment) at the latest on

By Visa or Mastercard. On your invoice you will find a link to the pre-filled credit card payment authorisation form that already contains your name and correct amount. Please fill it out, submit it, then print and sign (card holder's signature!) the generated pdf file and send it by fax or regular mail to Institute of Cybernetics, Akadeemia tee 21, 12618 Tallinn, Estonia, fax no. +372 620 4151.
