Registration and cost

Deadline
The registration deadline is November 7, 2008.

On Wed 19 November, the workshop will begin at 9:00. The workshop will finish by 16.00 on Fri 21 November.

Fee
The registration fee is 4000 EEK (approx 255.65 EUR).
The Estonian currency EEK is pegged to EUR at the rate of 1 EUR = 15.6466 EEK.

NWPT'08 registration fee includes refreshments of coffee breaks, 3 lunches (Nov 19 - Nov 21), a reception and excursion (Wed night) in the new (opened 2006) KUMU Art Museum in Kadriorg, and a conference dinner (Thu night).

Accommodation is not included. See also Accommodation.

Payment
Payment is by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) and bank transfer (all transaction costs must be paid by the payer). We do not accept cheques. Instructions regarding payment (incl. a reference you must quote) appear in the electronic invoice you will receive upon registration. See also Payment options.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via post, fax or e-mail. Cancellations received before November 7, 2008 are subject to a 25% administrative fee.
No refund after the deadline November 7, 2008.
