Student registration
A letter of verification from the head of department or supervisor must accompany student registration or students send a copy of proof of a
student ID to organisers. Any student registrations received without a verification letter or a copy of proof of a student ID will NOT be
processed.
Early registration for authors
One author of each paper must pay normal registration fee before June 30, 2005.
Normal and late registration
Normal registration fee must be payed before August 15, 2005. All transfers must be made by August 15, 2005. After this date to September 1,
2005, registrants will pay late registration fees. We will acknowledge payments within 5 days of receiving them.

Cancellation/refunding policy
Cancellation of registration fees must be submitted in writing via post, fax or e-mail.
Cancellations received before 1 September, 2005 are
subject to a 25% administrative fee. No refunds will be paid after 1 September, 2005.
Visa invitation
A visa invitation can be issued only to a registered participant whose registration
fee has been received in full. It can only be sent to the
individual registered.
Accommodation
Reservation for 10% discount price has been made for ADBIS 2005 participants
in many hotels located within Old City and
in the center of Tallinn.
If you like to make hotel reservations via organisers, then
please make your hotel reservations before August 15 using our
registration form.
Organisers cannot guarantee hotel reservations after that date as all hotels in Tallinn are fully booked in September.
