BalticDB&IS'2008 registration fee includes attendance to the conference, conference proceedings, refreshments during coffee breaks, 4 lunches (June 2 - June 5), tickets to Welcome Reception, to sightseeing tour and to Conference Dinner.
The doctoral student fee includes all above except tickets to Conference Dinner.
The student fee includes all above except tickets to Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner.

Accommodation is not included. See also Accommodation.

Student (also doctoral student) registration

Students must send the conference organisers along with payment a letter of verification from the head of department or supervisor, or a copy of proof of a student ID (either by fax or email to balt2008(at)cs.ioc.ee). Any student registrations received without a verification letter or a copy of proof of a student ID will NOT be processed.

Early registration for authors

At least one author of each paper must register and pay a registration fee before Apr 25, 2008.

Normal and late registration

Normal registration fee must be payed (all transfers made) before May 16, 2008. After this date till May 23, 2008, registrants will pay late registration fees. We will acknowledge payments within 5 days of receiving them.

Payment is by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) and bank transfer (all transaction costs must be paid by the payer). We do not accept cheques. Instructions regarding payment (incl. a reference you must quote) appear in the electronic invoice you will receive upon registration. See also Payment options.

Welcome Reception
Hall of Estonian Academy of Sciences, Kohtu 6 included in fee for all except students.
Conference Dinner
Restaurant Clazz, Vana Turg 2 included in fee for all except students and doctoral students.

Viru Bog Nature Trail, 3.5 km
boardwalk and dinner in Kolga Manor is not included in the fee. You are welcome to register to the excursion for extra price !

Conference fee includes one copy of proceedings.

Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via post, fax or e-mail. Cancellations received before May 23, 2008 are subject to a 25% administrative fee.

No refund after the late deadline May 23, 2008.

A visa invitation can be issued only to a registered participant whose registration fee has been received in full. It can only be sent to the individual registered.
