APPLICATION AND COST
To apply for a place, fill in the online participation application form. Please apply early; the number of participants we can admit is limited.
The deadline for application and submission of abstracts is 18 January 2008. All applicants will be notified of admission to the school and acceptance of their talks/posters by 1 February 2008.
The participation fee is 5000 EEK (320 EUR) and includes course material, full board accommodation at Palmse, transportation from Tallinn to Palmse, excursion and conference dinner. The fee must be paid by 15 February 2008 (see payment options)
Please do not transfer payments or send us credit card data before you have received notification of being accepted to the school.
Applicants from Tallinn University of Technology and University of Tartu should check with their supervisors about the funds they have to support them (e.g., ICT doctoral school funds). The organizers may also be able to reduce the fee of a limited number of Estonian participants on the expense of EITSA direct support.
For some applicants from elsewhere, we may also be able to reduce the fee. To apply for a fee reduction, please fill in the online fee reduction request form.
